Additional charges will be communicated for approval before the requested changes are carried
out.

3.4 Custom Order Cancellations

If a client cancels an order after production begins, Eden Apparel may deduct reasonable,
documented costs already incurred, including materials, labour, and other non-recoverable
expenses, where permitted by law and the order agreement.
Any refund legally owed will be provided.

Concerns regarding fit, length, design, finishing, or other agreed specifications should be raised
during the fitting and approval process.

Before collection, clients may be required to complete a Custom Garment Collection and
Approval Form.

Alterations After Collection

Once a custom garment has been collected, additional customer-requested alterations or design
modifications will be treated as separate services and will attract additional charges.

  •  Sleeve or neckline modifications.

  •  Changes to previously approved design details.

  •  Adjustments resulting from changes in measurements or personal preferences.

specifications, applicable statutory remedies remain available.
