PLEASE READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS! We appreciate your interest in becoming a client of Eden Apparel Inc. We look forward to meeting you. Consultation fees are non-refundable; however, they will be credited toward the total cost of your dress should you select Eden Apparel Inc for its design and creation. This 60 or 90-minute meeting is an opportunity for us to understand your project and ensure we’re the right fit. You will meet with our lead designer and discuss project scope, design complexity, budget, aesthetics, and more. With our custom option, you can create a unique bridal dress starting at CA$1,500 for a basic bridal dress. Prices may increase based on the materials selected, such as fabric, lace, stones, beads, and embroidery, as well as the overall complexity of the design. Please note before booking your appointment: Your event date must be within 9 months. Appointments for events beyond this timeframe will be canceled. If you require your gown sooner than our standard timeline, expedited fees may apply. Additionally, kindly share a photo of your style inspiration so we can provide you with an estimated price range before scheduling. During the consultation, our designer will discuss your ideas and create a preliminary sketch to help visualize your dream dress. A detailed final illustration of your dress design will be provided, along with an accurate estimate of the cost and turnaround time. To proceed, an 80% deposit is required to begin your order, covering the cost of materials. The remaining 20% balance is due upon completion of the dress. We value the time of both our design team and our clients. We prioritize punctuality and encourage the same from those we serve. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. To accommodate this, we offer one complimentary rescheduling. Any additional rescheduling requests beyond the first will incur a CA$50 rescheduling fee. Eden Apparel Inc. reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion. If a consultation fee is refunded, the processing fee (typically 3%–3.9%) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
