Shipping charges and delivery options depend on the destination, package dimensions, weight,
and selected shipping service.

3.2 International Shipping

5. Order Processing Times for Physical Products

5.1 Fabrics, Notions and Sewing Supplies

In-stock fabrics, notions, and sewing supplies are generally prepared for shipping or pickup
within an estimated 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders requiring additional sourcing, special preparation, or large quantities may take longer.

5.2 Ready-Made Garments

In-stock ready-made garments are generally processed within the timeframe communicated at
checkout.

5.3 Custom-Made Garments

Custom garments require additional time for consultation, design approval, measurements, fabric
sourcing, production, fittings, and final inspection.

Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design and the agreed order
requirements.

An estimated completion date will be communicated during the consultation or order
confirmation process.

Custom garment production time is separate from shipping time.

6. Shipping Charges and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are determined by:

  •  Delivery destination.

  •  Package weight and dimensions.

  •  Shipping carrier and service.

  •  Packaging requirements.

  •  Insurance or signature confirmation, where applicable.

Applicable shipping charges will be disclosed before order confirmation.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping provider, destination, and external conditions.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service has been
expressly arranged.

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs processing, or other
circumstances beyond Eden Apparel's reasonable control.

Customers retain any delivery-related remedies available under applicable law.

7. Shipping Custom-Made Garments

Custom garments require additional care during preparation, packaging, and delivery.
Before dispatch, garments will undergo the applicable production and quality review process.

7.1 Final Approval Before Shipping

Customers outside Winnipeg may be asked to participate in a virtual garment review using
photographs, video communication, or a virtual fitting where practical.

Clients are expected to review the completed garment and communicate concerns about the
approved design, visible finishing, and other agreed specifications before shipping.

A Virtual Custom Garment Approval and Shipping Authorization Form may be required.

7.2 Alterations After Delivery

Additional customer-requested alterations or design changes after delivery may attract separate
charges.

These may include changes to previously approved design details, modifications due to changed
measurements, or adjustments based on new preferences.

Where a garment is defective or does not meet applicable legal standards or agreed
specifications, statutory remedies remain available.

Customers providing measurements remotely are responsible for following the measurement
instructions supplied by Eden Apparel.

Additional work resulting from inaccurate customer-provided measurements may attract charges
where appropriate and legally permitted.

Any access restrictions will be applied consistently with the purchase agreement and applicable
law.

11. Training Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

11.1 Training Fees

Training fees are generally non-refundable once lessons have commenced, subject to the

Requests will be assessed individually, and discretionary refunds are not guaranteed.

Any refund required by applicable law will be provided regardless of the discretionary exception
process.

11.3 Training Rescheduling by Eden Apparel

Eden Apparel may reschedule training where reasonably necessary due to instructor
unavailability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Affected students will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

Where Eden Apparel cannot deliver the agreed training, an appropriate refund or other legally
permitted resolution will be provided.

12. Digital Product Refunds

Due to their downloadable nature, digital products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind
refunds after successful delivery or access.

However, customers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, correction, or other remedy where:
 The purchased digital product is not delivered.
 The file is defective or cannot be accessed as agreed.
 The product materially differs from its description.
 A remedy is otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers should contact Eden Apparel with their purchase details to request assistance.

13. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments.

Where an error is caused by information supplied by the customer, reasonable additional
shipping charges may apply.

Customers should notify Eden Apparel promptly if they discover an address error.

Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

14. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

For visible shipping damage, customers are encouraged to report the issue within 48 hours of
delivery where reasonably possible.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the affected products and packaging.
