Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns
for:
 Custom or personalized orders
 Digital downloads
 Items on sale

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
Returns and exchanges are accepted if an error occurs on our part. Please contact us before
returning the item. In these cases, if a refund is requested, it will be issued only once the item has
been returned to us in its original state.
Please note that buyers will need to pay for return shipping and restocking fees, and provide a return
tracking number. Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery in its original state. If the item is not
returned within 14 days and/or in its original state, it will result in buyer forfeiting its purchase. No
returns on custom made items.
If you have any questions upon receiving of your package, please do not hesitate to contact us and
we will do our best to accommodate you.
No refund for returned items due to the incorrect mailing address, buyers' failure to collect package or
buyers; change of mind. If an item is returned to us for any reasons, buyers will need to pay re-
shipping costs and fees. Buyers must provide a tracking number when returning their items. In certain
unforeseen events, reimbursements are issued on a case by case basis.

proof of shipment with a photo and/or receipt.
Delivery policies
Items are shipped from Canada.

Our processing time is 2 to 5 business days on most orders. Some items may take longer. Please
refer to each listing.
For North America customers, estimate delivery time is between 5 to 10 business days (excluding
holidays).
No reimbursement for lost items as we do not control shipping services. Upon request, we will provide
proof of shipment with a photo and/or receipt.
